Eye of the Beholder transforms a traditional floral bouquet into a striking pop-art statement. Inspired by @befernandezart on Instagram, this piece reimagines nature’s delicacy through a comic book–style lens, using bold black linework to frame a multi-colored bouquet brought to life with vibrant dual tones and chromatic pairings.
Created in 2023, the canvas was painted entirely with acrylic-based paints layered in matte, gloss, and satin finishes, producing depth and contrast across the petals and background. The 16” x 20” artwork is sealed with a satin finish, giving it a smooth, refined surface while preserving its vivid color palette.
