2. Warranty Policy

3-Month Warranty Policy for OüS

At OüS Shop, we are dedicated to offering you high-quality original artwork. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide a 3-month warranty policy. Please review the following terms carefully.

What’s Covered
Defects in Materials or Craftsmanship: If your artwork shows any defects in materials or craftsmanship upon arrival, we will either repair or exchange the item at no additional cost.
Damage During Shipping: If your artwork is damaged during shipping, we will provide a similar alternative at no additional cost.

What’s Not Covered
Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover damage that results from normal aging or wear of the artwork over time.
Improper Handling or Storage: Damage caused by improper framing, handling, storage, or exposure to adverse environmental conditions (such as sunlight, humidity, or extreme temperatures) is not covered.
Alterations or Modifications: Any alterations, repairs, or modifications made by you or any third party after the purchase will void the warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your artwork has a defect or was damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:

Photographs showing the defect or damage
Assessment: Our team will assess the issue and provide instructions for the next steps. If the claim is valid, we will arrange for a repair or replacement.

No Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds for our original artwork. If the artwork is found to have a defect or was damaged during shipping, it will either be repaired or replaced, but no monetary refunds will be issued.

Return Process for Repair/Replacement
Return Shipping: If your artwork needs to be returned for repair or replacement, we will cover the cost of return shipping within 3 months of purchase.
Replacement Process: If the artwork is deemed faulty, we will replace it with an identical or similar piece. If a direct replacement is not available, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
