1. What is the 3-month warranty policy?
Our 3-month warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship, such as fading, damage from improper handling, or other flaws as well as damage during shipping. This warranty is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

2. How can I claim the warranty?
If you notice any defects or issues with your artwork within the 3-month warranty period, please contact us at ous.originalworks@gmail.com. Include clear photos of the problem, your order number, and a description of the issue. We'll guide you through the next steps.

3. What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., moisture, heat), or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover damage from the customer’s handling after the item has been delivered and alterations or modifications made by the purchaser/customer.

4. Can I return or exchange the artwork?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. We do offer exchanges of similar value under specific terms listed under both our Warranty and Exchange policy.

5. What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. You’ll need to provide photos of the damage and your order details. We will assess the issue and offer a solution under our warranty policy if applicable.

6. Can I cancel my order after I place it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled due to the nature of our unique, original artworks. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before confirming your order.

7. What if my artwork doesn't look like it did on the website?
While we strive to accurately represent each artwork, please keep in mind that lighting and screen settings may slightly alter the way colors and details appear online. If you have specific concerns, please contact us before making a purchase.

8. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Please refer to our shipping information page for details.

9. How can I take care of my artwork?
To ensure the longevity of your artwork, avoid direct sunlight, humidity, and extreme temperatures. For framed works, use proper hanging hardware. We also recommend cleaning with a soft, dry cloth and refraining from using cleaning agents. We offer a Canvas Care sheet with each piece.

10. Do you provide a certificate of authenticity for each artwork?
Yes, every original artwork purchased from our store comes with a certificate of authenticity, which guarantees the piece is a one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted item.
