
Exchange Policy
4-Week Exchange Policy for OüS Shop
At OüS Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your original artwork purchase. We understand that art is a personal choice, and sometimes a piece may not be the perfect fit for your space. That's why we offer a 4-week exchange policy.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
The artwork must be returned in the same condition as when it was received, including its original packaging or new packaging with the provided return label provided within shipment.
The request for exchange must be made within 4 weeks from the date of delivery. After this period, we will no longer accept exchanges.
The artwork must not have been altered or damaged in any way.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at ous.originalworks@gmail.com within 4 weeks of receiving your artwork.
Include your order number, a brief description of the reason for the exchange, and any relevant images if the artwork has been damaged or is not as expected.
3. Exchange Process
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the artwork.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.
We will offer an exchange for a different piece of artwork from our store or store credit, based on availability and your preference.
If an exchange for a higher-value piece is selected, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.
4. Exceptions to the Exchange Policy
Custom or commissioned artworks cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
5. Refunds
We do not offer refunds; exchanges or store credit are the only options available.
If the artwork was paid using store credit, the exchange will be credited to your store account.
6. Damaged or Defective Artworks
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) and provide clear photographs of the damage.
We will arrange for a store credit or exchange at no additional cost to you, depending on your preference and availability of the piece.
